- 4 lb blueberries
- ΒΌ tsp pectic enzyme
- 4 lb sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 gal water
- yeast
Crush berries, sprinkle on pectic enzyme, & let sit in covered pail 2-3 days, stirring occasionally. Press and strain pulp. Boil sugar in the water and when room temp add to juice. Squeeze, strain, and add lemon juice. Proceed according to general instructions, steps 4-8.
